Would my employees have to change from their current optometrist,

ANSWER
With our 12,000-plus provider network,
it is likely employees can continue to see their same
provider. If their provider is not a member of the network,
the employee may request that they be added. If the provider
does not wish to join the network, the employee can continue
to visit them but will be reimbursed according to the
terms of their particular insurance plan.
